Our owner and executive chef, grew up in the Northeast region of Thailand (Changwat) in a province called Sisaket near Ubon Ratchathani. We grew up assisting our family with their small restaurant serving recipes handed down over generations. In their great family tradition, our Thai cuisine are a clever and delicious combination of Eastern and Western influences hamoniously combined into that "je ne sais quoi". Sour, sweet, salty and spicy flavors working together to make each dish come alive. This wonderful synergy of flavors using popular herbs and spices combined with vegetables, meats and seafood is why Thai cuisine is growing worldwide as a favorite international culinary choice.
